Responsibilities
Monitor and measure cash flow and product and customer profitability
Collect and evaluate data, develop and maintain financial models, analyze results and conduct scenario analysis to forecast balance sheet, cash flow and profit/loss
Reconcile data results from different sources and combine them into integrated reports spanning product, customer and entity
Participate in internal workgroups and committees to provide analytical insight and support for the implementation and enhancement of new programs, products, and services
Own and develop product costing to include cost allocation and direct cost assignment
Drive product pricing in partnership with the product management team considering margin as well as competitive position
Support corporate development transactions from a finance standpoint, and support request for proposal and other partner projects
Lead and drive, in partnership with the financial systems team, creation of product and customer profit and loss statements
Identify cost savings provided by Stellarus for purposes of internal and external reporting
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
Requires prior experience with product financials
Requires prior experience in a technology startup or similar type of environment
Preferred
Prior experience with M&A transactions, as well as joint ventures and partnerships a plus
Prior experience with transition services agreements a plus
Experience growing new businesses with a larger entity a plus
