Production Material Planning Analyst

Stark Aerospace is seeking a Production Material Planning Analyst to develop and maintain production and material plans according to demand forecasts and inventory targets. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure material availability, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in material planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production and material plans in line with demand forecasts and inventory targets
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure material availability and production readiness
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory analysis to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Generate short and long term production schedules, ensuring alignment with capacity and resource availability
Analyze production data, lead times, and material usage trends to optimize planning accuracy
Maintain accurate planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points) in ERP/MRP systems
Identify and escalate potential supply chain risks or constraints proactively
Support continuous improvements initiatives related to material planning, scheduling, and inventory control
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to align inbound/outbound material flows with production needs
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to track KPI's such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover
