Reviewing owner project requirements
Performing design reviews
Developing commissioning specifications
Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests
Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
Working with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
Writing field reports and final reports
Creating Systems Manuals

Qualification

Commissioning experienceMechanical engineering designBuilding automation systemsCommissioning certificationProfessional Engineering License

Required

5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out
commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience

Preferred

Professional Engineering (P.E.) License
