Required

Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
A minimum of two years related experience in the following areas is required: Computer hardware and peripherals, such as printers, scanners, webcams
A minimum of two years related experience in the following areas is required: Software applications, specifically: Windows operating system, Office Suite, and managed anti-virus products
A minimum of two years related experience in the following areas is required: Windows Active Directory
A minimum of two years related experience in the following areas is required: Local area networks (including wireless)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment
Efficient end-user/first level system troubleshooting skills
Effective time management skills
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thoroughly document processes/procedures which will be used by team members and other employees
