Responsibilities

Perform a variety of imaging procedures within the Imaging department, providing specialized scanning utilizing appropriate techniques and protocols
Demonstrate Service Excellence while providing safe, quality patient care for all patients receiving imaging services
Capture optimal images, collaborate with clinical team members, assist the physician in the diagnosis of the patient’s condition or health complaint, and perform other duties as necessary to facilitate Imaging service delivery

Qualification

California Radiology Technologist licenseComputerized Tomography certificationBLS certificationFluoroscopy licenseARRT licenseVenipuncture certificationCT Technologist experienceAcute care experience

Required

Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology
Active California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license
Computerized Tomography certification ARRT (CT)
Current BLS certification
Fluoroscopy license required within 1 year of hire
Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license

Preferred

Venipuncture certification preferred
Minimum one-year experience as a CT Technologist preferred
Experience in an acute care facility preferred
