Responsibilities

Operate BIM Software
Read and understand construction documents, floor plans and equipment details
Operate computer software such as Microsoft Office programs to perform engineering tasks
Assist in the design of HVAC systems under supervision
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed
Perform load calculations under the supervision of a senior engineer

Required

B.S. degree in a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Basic engineering or construction background
Ability to multi-task by working on multiple overlapping projects

Motivated self-starter and fast learner committed to learning on the job and personal self-development

Preferred

E.I.T
Completion of an Internship in an MEP Consulting firm
