Last Energy is seeking a Lead Systems Integration Engineer to lead the integration of their power plant systems, ensuring seamless coordination between various engineering disciplines. Responsibilities
Own product requirements including performance, cost and schedule, and system design trade-offs
Partner with cross-discipline engineering teams to develop program plans including design execution, cost, schedule, and risk mitigation strategies that meet technical, production, and business requirements
Lead the integration of different hardware and software components into a cohesive system
Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the intended goals
Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to power plant design, modularization, construction, and delivery processes
Identify and manage risks associated with the technology being developed
Demonstrate clear and timely technical communication skills across engineering, commercial, and supply chain organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience
10+ years of experience in engineering design with a specific focus on systems integration
Experience with a complex engineering product
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and provide technical guidance and mentorship
