Responsibilities

Support SAP PP client engagements by assisting in the design and implementation of technology solutions under the guidance of project leadership

Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications

Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs

Support business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with the formatting and review of proposals and presentations

Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency

Stay current with SAP's latest solutions by participating in training and continuous learning opportunities to support business transformation initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience

5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry

3+ years of functional configuration experience with the SAP PP module

1+ year of direct configuration or solution design experience with one or more of the following SAP modules: EWM, MM, QM, or TM

Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAPPP, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment

2+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 1 SAP PP, end-to-end full lifecycle implementation

Experience with at least 1 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementation

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

Master's degree

Previous experience working directly for a 'Big 4' consulting firm

Professional experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations

Experience with Signavio

At least 1 current SAP certification
