Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the client and the construction team

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with contractual obligations

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly

Facilitate communication among all parties involved, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals

Review and approve design documents, change orders, and contractor invoices

Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues

Ability to analyze and interpret complex project documents and drawings
