Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 7–8 Senior and Staff Accountants through full-cycle month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Oversee cash flow planning and reporting, with a focus on sustainability and transparency across nonprofit funding sources

Drive automation of manual accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk; QuickBooks experience preferred

Manage restricted asset accounting, ensuring compliance with nonprofit contract terms, grant allocations, and fund restrictions

Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial reporting, budgeting, and audit readiness in a mission-driven environment

Required
