Responsibilities

Provide our clients an immediate and effective response as a team to facilitate clients daily requests
Support the department daily workflow through Microsoft Teams and provide collaboration with other departments and follow up until completion of tasks. – It is all about teamwork, and communication!
Able to adapt, learn and teach Cogency Global Proprietary applications
Working with public offices and outside vendors on the client’s behalf to coordinate services needed for financial and legal transactions
Review and support legal transactions – loan transactions and merger acquisitions
Develop, retain and growth of client relationships in different industries such as law firms, banks, and Fortune 500 companies
Research and creation of jurisdictional resources for Cogency Global as needed

Required

Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with great written and verbal communication skills
Be a team player, creative and quick learner
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines
