Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Fathers & Families Support Center is a mission-driven organization seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the financial health of the agency. The CFO will be responsible for developing fiscal reporting systems, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with the CEO to present financial reports to the board of directors.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with CEO to develop reports to present the financial status of the organization to the BOD
Prepare monthly financial statements and present to the board treasurer for presentation to the full BOD
Collect and prepare payroll information
Develop and implement a system to manage and report accounts payable and receivables
Develop and implement a system for payments for contractual agreements
Develop a system for maintaining financial records from year to year
Develop and maintain a system for monitoring staff benefits, i.e., vacation accrual, health related benefits, child support payments and other related issues
Work with development team to prepare budgets for grant submission
Perform trend analyses on budget to determine how to allocate grant dollars
Prepare an annual budget for presentation to the finance committee
Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation report for the CEO
Maintain financial records for each contract and grant compliance
Serve as staff liaison to the finance committee of the board of directors
Prepare a forecasting system to demonstrate the financial status of the organization
Maintains financial files in preparation for the annual audit
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting
Must have 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting with at least one as a fiscal manager in a not-for-profit organization
Must possess a valid Missouri driver's license and have a reliable, insured vehicle
Must be knowledgeable of and proficient GAAP
Must be proficient with all financial software utilized by the organization
Must understand and practice the NASW code of ethics
Must be able to utilize agency and community resources to meet goals
Must be team oriented and able to work independently
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suit
Ability to Commute: St. Louis, MO 63103 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: St. Louis, MO 63103: Relocate before starting work (Required)
