Inside Sales Representative - Green Bay, WI

Responsibilities

Sell the complete G3 Line including auto, light truck, medium truck, heavy truck, farm, specialty tires and retreads
Sell the full-service concept offered by the Commercial Centers to the commercial customer, including alignments and other services, Wing-fil and rim & amp, and wheel services
Service walk-in customers by communicating necessary information to facilitate sales
Use proper billing procedures and credit approval procedures
Answer and/or direct all phone inquiries in a professional manner
Follow all established sales and marketing programs within the Goodyear Tire and Service Center, including selling at established pricing guidelines
Attend sales training and continually working to improve sales skills
Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of guests
Document work performed on service ticket
Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies
All other duties as assigned by management

Required

3 years of direct selling experience in a business to business environment
A minimum of 2 years of successfully working with a sales team in a business to business environment, which can be included in the 3 years of direct selling experience
No relocation is being offered for this position
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Strong oral and written communication ability
Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative, be able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions

Preferred

High School Diploma or GED
Previous Commercial Tire Sales Experience
