Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is a leading service and retreading market leader with over 200 Commercial Tire Centers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related products, establishing revenue through sales leads and customer rapport.

Responsibilities

Sell the complete G3 Line including auto, light truck, medium truck, heavy truck, farm, specialty tires and retreads

Sell the full-service concept offered by the Commercial Centers to the commercial customer, including alignments and other services, Wing-fil and rim & amp, and wheel services

Service walk-in customers by communicating necessary information to facilitate sales

Use proper billing procedures and credit approval procedures

Answer and/or direct all phone inquiries in a professional manner

Follow all established sales and marketing programs within the Goodyear Tire and Service Center, including selling at established pricing guidelines

Attend sales training and continually working to improve sales skills

Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of guests

Document work performed on service ticket

Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies

All other duties as assigned by management

Required

3 years of direct selling experience in a business to business environment

A minimum of 2 years of successfully working with a sales team in a business to business environment, which can be included in the 3 years of direct selling experience
