Responsibilities
Performs a variety of daily tasks associated with the Payments and Prepaid products, including but not limited to: reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and settlement
Assist with correspondence related to the ITS Prepaid Payroll program
Assists clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, research to identify and resolve problems in a timely matter and escalate to supervisor as appropriate
Assist and provide support to others in the department during absences
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in a business-related field, required
1-3 years' experience as a teller, or similar role in a retail banking environment, or alternate work-related experience of 3+ years, required
Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced data entry accuracy and attention to detail required
Experience using Microsoft Office; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
Independent critical reasoning
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
