Responsibilities

Support Program Manager in project financial management

Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts

Oversee project budgets and expenditures (to include labor and materials)

Monitor resource utilization and availability

Coordinate with hiring managers and with human resource managers in resource allocation and documentation

Maintain accurate project documentation

Implement quality control measures

Identify opportunities for process improvement

Complete ad hoc assignments to support project delivery

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to interact with others and work independently

Financial management with knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and planning

Proven ability to develop financial models, analyze financial data, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Strong analytical skills paired with a keen eye for detail

Possess working knowledge of contracts administration

Demonstrated familiarity with the practical applications of personal computers, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Teams) as well as being able to learn specialized software tool applications

BA/BS Degree, and 8 years of related technical/professional experience
