Client and Stakeholder Management: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and C-suite stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with Verily

End-to-End Program Delivery: Managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring clear deliverables and proactive risk mitigation to deliver value to clients

Internal Coordination and Leadership: Leading and motivating internal teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals

Risk and Quality Management: Identifying, communicating, and proactively addressing potential project risks and issues while ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards

Strategic Communication: Providing clear and effective communication on project status, risks, and value delivery to both internal teams and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market

Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs

Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach

Preferred

Experience with complex software and service offerings, specifically with processes involving multiple stakeholders

Proven ability to work with Academic Medical Centers and other healthcare institutions

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate, learn, and grow

Proficiency with Google productivity applications like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs
