Responsibilities
Maintain grounds, amenities, and public spaces to the highest standards
Deliver exceptional service by responding quickly and professionally to resident needs
Assist in preparing vacant apartments and completing basic maintenance tasks
Manage tools and supplies with care and accuracy
Ensure tools, work areas, and common spaces are clean, organized, and safe
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines to ensure safety and fairness for all
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1yr of relevant experience or training
Must be able to frequently walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs. (occasionally more)
Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions and with basic tools and equipment
