Responsibilities

Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports inclusive of monthly Earned Value reporting, & development of monthly LREs/quarterly EAC's

Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills

Support the program EV cadence in executing the IPMDAR external reporting requirements

Drive timely and compliant BCR processing in order to facilitate smooth month-end reporting

Support PMs/IPTLs with ad hoc analysis in support of variance reporting

Complete monthly CDRLs with a quick turnaround time in order to meet IPMDAR reporting requirements

Supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related filed and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience

Experience supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, conditional formatting, etc)

Experience with key financial tools including SAP, BW/AO, EDIT+, & PMX

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimate at Complete Analysis (EACs) or equivalent

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
