The role involves implementing growth strategies, executing marketing campaigns, building partnerships, and engaging with users to refine messaging.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders to implement growth strategies and influence product direction
Plan, experiment with, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and community leaders
Write and publish compelling marketing content (emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, etc)
Set up and analyze tracking to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities
Be active in communities (Reddit, Twitter, Discord, etc) to drive engagement and gather insights
Talk to users regularly to understand their needs and refine messaging

Required

Have experience (or strong interest) in product-led growth
