Responsibilities

Originate residential mortgage loans through a mix of supplied leads and self-generated business

Support Jasmine’s production by handling high-value tasks such as: Locking loans and walking clients through options on video calls

Preparing and reviewing loan estimates

Covering client communications during evenings and weekends as needed

Occasional travel to the Atlanta Office

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines while maintaining a smooth loan process

Deliver excellent client service by managing expectations and providing clear communication throughout the loan lifecycle

Collaborate with our Atlanta-based team of processors, underwriters, and support staff for efficient closings
