Responsibilities

Utilize ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection equipment to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community
Prepare mission briefs to facilitate technology assessments and evaluations
Develop test plans into test cases
Provide technology assessments and evaluation briefings to government leadership
Assist and/or lead the development of concepts of operations (CONOPS) and subsequently present this information to stakeholders
Travel up to 25% within the continental United States

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; an Associate's degree and 6+ years of ISR collection experience OR a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience in ISR collection may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection
Experience in RF principles wireless communication and data networks
Knowledge of the tactical level Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Training Project Plan (TPP) in the use of similar technologies
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

Preferred

Understanding of required test equipment for each assessment and evaluation event when developing test plans into test cases
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required with appropriate tactical collection level experience
