Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical point of contact in the US for road safety enforcement projects
Provide both on-site and remote technical support for roadside speed and red-light enforcement systems including diagnostics and resolution of software, hardware and integration issues
Collaborate closely with IDEMIA’s France-based R&D and operations teams to escalate complex technical problems and ensure smooth coordination
Manage relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in the US ensuring clear communication, trust and customer satisfaction
Participate in the deployment, integration and field testing of IDEMIA’s enforcement solutions to ensure systems are installed and performing effectively
Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, technical findings and operational performance reports to headquarters
Act as the local face of IDEMIA in the US building credibility with clients such as Vera Mobility and municipal authorities

Required

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a US citizen and eligible for required clearances (eQIP)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
Minimum three years of hands-on technical experience including software development in C++ and Python
Background in embedded systems, video/image processing, electronics or integrated hardware/software solutions is advantageous
Ability to work independently, travel regularly across the US, and represent IDEMIA in front of client

Preferred

Experience in the road safety, video protection or public safety technology industry
Familiarity with field deployment environments, systems installation and operational logistics
Demonstrated ability to manage customer success, maintain strong relationships, and act as the trusted technical advisor
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and grow into leadership roles as the US business expands
