Support aircraft maintenance operations at a depot level
Oversee and optimize Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems
Ensure processes run efficiently and effectively
Leverage in-depth knowledge of depot airline maintenance to address complex challenges
Streamline workflows and contribute to the overall success of maintenance operations
Collaborate with teams to implement best practices
Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures
Qualification
Required
US Citizen located in or near Ogden, UT
4+ years of experience SME in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system or extensive background in depot airline maintenance
4+ years of industry or job function experience with aircraft maintenance
Experience with Impresa software is helpful
Familiarity with change management methodologies is helpful
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
The ability to assist with OCM activities
