Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Deliver engaging presentations and showcase our cutting-edge products, services, and software solutions
Research and identify new potential clients to expand our reach within Tampa Bay
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers
Demonstrate hardware and software solutions effectively, tailoring proposals to meet client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales management, logistics, and technical services to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity
Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress utilizing WCC’s CRM system
Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and new product developments to continually refine sales strategies
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, office solutions, or related fields
A passion for technology and solving customer challenges with customized solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
A strategic mindset for planning sales approaches and forecasting future opportunities
Eagerness to learn and grow—our team provides comprehensive training programs to support your success
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Effective verbal communication skills across internal and external teams
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. occasionally, with a focus on safety
Prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours) with the ability to perform fine motor tasks
Visual acuity to perceive details and discriminate colors
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
