Responsibilities

Manage and drive strategic projects from end-to-end to support and enhance the institutional client service model within Wealth Management
Define complex business problems, synthesize data and provide and execute on tactical and strategic solutions
Lead meetings with various stakeholder groups including control partners to socialize concepts, set expectations, communicate updates and gain consensus
Proactively identify opportunities for further process improvement to drive consistency and scalability
Create and deliver persuasive and data-driven thinking and presentations to senior management to allow for informed strategic decision-making
Gain comprehensive understanding of the full institutional client service model and ecosystem

Required

5+ years of experience in financial services and wealth management
Undergraduate degree required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, and under strict and changing deadlines
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to perform analysis and develop presentations for senior management
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and work ethic
Strong project management, organizational, communication and analytical skills
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
