Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Sell innovative parking solutions and secure new commercial accounts and properties
Stay Engaged: Build and maintain meaningful, ongoing client relationships
Shape Technology: Influence the evolution of a proprietary mobile payment and garage management system
Be the Brand: Represent a standout identity, modern tech, and a culture of operational excellence
Travel: Visit clients and properties throughout the Southeast (primarily TN, KY, FL)
Qualification
Required
Prior PARKING INDUSTRY experience is required!
2+ years of business development experience in the parking industry
Confident marketing instincts and fearless sales energy
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, creative, and persistent
Willingness to travel regionally
