Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey

5+ years of experience in estate planning and estate administration including drafting sophisticated estate planning documents

Excellent research, writing and communications skills

LL.M. in Taxation or candidate for LL.M. in Taxation preferred

Admission to practice in New York and/or Florida is a plus

Experience in the following is helpful but not essential: preparation of gift and estate tax returns; federal and state tax issues as it relates to the taxation of trusts; corporate and partnership tax issues with respect to mergers and acquisitions
