Account Manager, Enterprise
Botify is a leading company in AI search technology, dedicated to helping brands achieve visibility and control in search platforms. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to grow and maintain relationships with key global brands, managing a dedicated book of business and driving revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within our Enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted partner
Know your client organizations inside and out - key players, reporting structure, budget cycles, growth goals, strategic initiatives
Lead account planning, EBRs, and renewal/upsell motions, consistently hitting retention and growth targets
Work closely on a team with our SEO Success Managers and Advantage SEO Consultants to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership
Own the entire renewal process: running discovery to understand the critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision process; confirming budget; and shepherding the contract over the finish line
Proactively identify expansion opportunities and lead strategic conversations to position additional products and services
Maintain a high standard of account health through proactive planning, performance tracking, and identifying strategic next steps for each client
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing, commercial role in a fast-paced SaaS or digital marketing environment
Proven success in managing complex renewals and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions
Experience in forecasting renewals and expansion opportunities, providing accurate pipeline visibility, and informing internal planning and revenue projections
Confidence and clarity in leading executive-level conversations and presenting strategic recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
Authentically passionate about helping our customers to grow their businesses and hit their targets
Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy
Highly detail-oriented and able to keep numerous balls in the air at once without skipping a beat; you can project manage and set priorities while managing multiple client relationships
Dependable, honest, and trustworthy in your communication both internally and externally
