Accroid Inc is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer who has proven expertise in instructional design models and adult learning principles. The role involves creating e-Learning content, managing projects, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to deliver effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

Proven expertise in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and the application of adult learning principles

Expert proficiency with industry-standard e-Learning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate

Demonstrated ability in video creation, editing, and scriptwriting for both instructional and communications content

Strong understanding of e-Learning platforms, best practices for digital delivery, and technical knowledge of SCORM standards

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including advanced ability to facilitate training sessions and present technical concepts to diverse audiences

Demonstrated success in collaborating with and managing content development alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple development tracks simultaneously
