Create and interpret engineering drawings, calculations, and cost estimates to deliver high-quality designs
Develop detailed technical reports and project work plans while ensuring execution with precision
Participate in design reviews, refine designs, and provide creative solutions for challenging engineering problems
Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, enhancing your skills in a variety of civil engineering disciplines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
1-3 years of experience for Level 1 & 2 Engineers
5+ years of experience for Senior Engineers
FE required for Senior Engineers
Proficiency in MicroStation or similar software
Expertise in road design or transportation projects
Preferred
Master's in Civil Engineering
FE preferred for Level 1 & 2 Engineers
PE preferred for Senior Engineers
3 years of civil engineering experience
English language proficiency
Ability to commute to Lansing, MI 48906
Willingness to travel 25%
