Responsibilities

Enable leadership effectiveness: Create and deliver executive-level communications, meeting artifacts, and strategic updates that keep teams aligned on roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes

Drive insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions with confidence

Streamline vendor management: Lead vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and performance tracking to ensure strong partnerships

Operationalize processes: Define and implement scalable processes that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across global teams

Act as a strategic partner: Support IT leaders with ad-hoc analysis, executive briefings, and cross-functional alignment

Bridge time zones: Collaborate with teams in the US and India to strengthen communication and operational efficiency

Required

5–8 years of experience in IT operations, program management, or business analysis

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
