Qualification
Required
PhD in computer science or closely related discipline
Academic preparation appropriate to research area in computer science, ability to fulfill responsibilities of a faculty position in teaching, research, and services
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in teams to address grand societal challenges
Strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate education
Qualified to teach a broad range of courses in Computer Science
Must undergo a national background check as required by University of Kentucky Human Resources
Preferred
Specific needs in High Performance Computing, AI/machine learning, computer systems and security
