Accroid Inc is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Lead to drive organizational improvements and lead teams through significant enterprise change. The role requires expertise in change management methodologies and experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Proven track record in a dedicated Change Management role, driving organizational improvements and leading others through significant enterprise change

Deep, hands-on experience and proficiency in a major OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps)

Proven experience working in Agile/Lean-Agile environments, specifically with SAFe PI Planning, JIRA, and Confluence

Active certification in a recognized OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Kotter Certified)

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, servant leadership, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels
