Handle administrative tasks related to new business
Clearly explain the advantages and disadvantages of each policy
Implement marketing strategies to stay competitive
Answer client questions and resolve insurance-related concerns
Qualification
Required
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) – required
Life/Health license – required
1–3 years' experience in insurance sales
Strong knowledge of Term, Whole Life, IUL, and Final Expense products
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in insurance management systems
Self-motivated with the grit to succeed in a high-activity sales role
