Responsibilities
Verification of all work performed being in accordance with plans & contractual specs
Measurement & verification of pay quantities, dimensions & specifications
Act as a liaison between LAP program administrators and prime contractor
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Available to work at night, OT and/or weekends as needed
Capable of working independently and within a team
Subject to background check
Able to perform field inspection duties
Maintain project records including compiling daily field reports
Maintain the project materials notebook
Generate monthly estimates
3+ years of transportation construction experience, ideally within the State of Virginia
Preferred
All VDOT certifications
Partial VDOT certifications depending on previous project experience
