Community Specialist, Events

The Community Specialist, Events will be responsible for building community and advocacy through the coordination and execution of events and content strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across various community programs.

Responsibilities
Become an expert in our community tools and platform
Work with the Manager, Community & Learning Events on the content and events strategy for Bonfire Meetups, Braze Learning Bootcamps, Braze Customer Champions events, executing against that strategy to produce best-in-class community and learning events
Partner closely with our Marketing and broader Events teams to ensure consistency and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints
Support the coordination and execution of community activations at global events, including our annual customer conference Forge, and our global series, City x City
Identify community content opportunities for marketing and lifecycle teams
Qualification
Required

You excel at building connections, both within the organization and with external partners, and are enthusiastic about facilitating relationships
You have a strong track record delivering high quality community events and content programming
You demonstrate high levels of empathy and are committed to addressing customer challenges with innovative solutions
You quickly adapt to new technologies and software, bringing 3+ years of experience in direct customer interactions
Strong understanding of how to build and nurture customer communities
Willingness to travel as needed for events
