The role involves managing customer orders, interfacing with sales and logistics teams, and overseeing multiple international and domestic accounts.

Responsibilities

Primary customer facing role for spare orders from initial RFQ phase through order entry, execution, delivery and project closure
Interface with Sales and Account managers to determine spares market pricing strategy in both competitive and non-competitive environments
Direct customer-facing position with international customers including Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East
Interface with Operations and Logistics team to monitor orders during procurement, assembly/build and delivery to the customer
Manage multiple international and domestic customer accounts

Required

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role
Experience with ERP systems (Syteline would be preferred)
Experience with US government contracts and sales would be beneficial
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Must be a US Citizen
