Plan, design, and implement comprehensive data migration strategies to facilitate smooth transitions between systems
Oversee the entire data migration process, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL / ELT)
Identify potential data migration risks and develop mitigation strategies
Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and integrity

Required

7+ years experience in data migration tools and techniques, with experience in ETL processes
7 - 10 years experience as a consultant with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
