Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and requests
Provide information about products and services
Enter sales quotes
Accurately and quickly process and track orders
Work with sales team to assist customers with product selection, brand, and pricing options, as well as technical information
Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
Facilitate inventory control
Assist with day-to-day branch operations as necessary
Continually develop product knowledge, and attend/participate in manufacturer product training
Qualification
Required
Basic electronics a must
Knowledge of electrical systems and products through education and/or experience strongly preferred
Industry experience and familiarity with product categories and lines represented ideal
Strong technical aptitude recommended
Positive, professional demeanor with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills essential
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong work ethic and capacity to thrive in a team environment
Experience in customer service and inside sales
Proven verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and external partners
Effective time management and organization skills
Valid driver's license
