Has the ability to conceptualize and draft all four elevations of a home based on customized floorplans

Thrives as a proactive self-starter and performs well in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Possesses excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Learns and internalizes processes and SOPs quickly and can clearly communicate next steps

Brings experience in residential drafting and design

Excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on deadlines

Is recognized for meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Can accurately assemble floorplans within pre-drawn layouts, incorporating customizations and completing repetitive drafting tasks and corrections efficiently
