Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client and DXC delivery teams to ensure network architecture and solutions are tailored to meet business needs and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Provide support to account executives and managers, helping them meet their targets, including identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering insights and guidance as a trusted advisor and thought leader
Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of network solutions, ensuring they meet business and operational needs
Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct feasibility studies to assess their potential impact on the organization
Help prepare and deliver client reports and proposals to highlight the value of DXC services
Support remediation of any audit/compliance or security findings where network architectural changes might be required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong network engineering background with architecture and security knowledge
Cross-functional technical experience desired (platform, security, applications, etc.)
Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with 5 years in a similar role
Solid problem-solving and project management skills
Demonstrated success developing and implementing infrastructure architecture solutions in a large enterprise environment
Effective communication with demonstrated experience in customer facing technical consulting roles
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry, technology, and the client's business
Preferred
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNP/CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) desired
Knowledge of industry trends, both business and technological
Aerospace & Defense sector experience a strong plus
