Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in fundraising, development, community outreach, or healthcare (non-profit preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge experience preferred
Flexibility for some evenings/weekends and travel within the Chicago area
