Book Trucks off of DAT
Negotiating for best rate and service with carriers
Ensure carriers meet or exceed performance requirements including customer service, quality, and compliance
Responsible for shipment from booking truck to final delivery
Qualification
Required
Truck booking experience (reefer freight is a plus)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Extensive knowledge on DAT load board
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to learn and understand transportation software systems and technologies
Critical thinking and problem solving
