Mid LevelEquipmentShare is a company focused on improving the construction industry through innovation and service. They are seeking a future Service Manager (Pump & Power) to coordinate equipment service operations, maintain customer relationships, and oversee the performance of service personnel.

Responsibilities
Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
Coordination and supervision of quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel
Scheduling repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare and are being kept up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
Employee training and development and maintaining a safe work environment
Other duties, assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing service operations or similar roles
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
Experience in scheduling repairs for equipment
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain customer relationships
Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Experience in employee training and development
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Ability to use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
Ability to track machine service intervals and order parts
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly
