Onni Group of Companies is a leading organization with a commitment to quality construction and community building. They are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Managing organization of the warehouse

Ensure warehouses are clean and organized to comply with safety regulations

Accept inventory deliveries

Pull and deliver inventory per order

Check in and out with appropriate site staff and receive sign off on delivered materials

Use and operate forklifts per OSHA standards

Work with procurement division and Operations for efficient operations

Lift and manage material/inventory in a safe manner

Work with crew members to satisfy all daily site needs & entire team effort

Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervision

Qualification

Required

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

Possess effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work efficiently within a team

Ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and critical thinking

Willing and able to travel to multiple sites within Phoenix area as directed by site supervision

Possess a phone and willing to use to communicate with team and site supervision

Strong mathematical knowledge is an asset
