They are seeking an Engineering Manager for the SAP Integrations Team to lead and manage integrations with SAP ERP systems, ensuring scalability and reliability while collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with SAP ERP systems, particularly S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud
Contribute directly to engineering efforts, modeling best practices and supporting your team on complex technical challenges
Support and grow a high-performing team of engineers by fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and technical excellence
Build strong partnerships with SAP Engineering and Product leadership
Work cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and business teams to align integration solutions with company objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
Deep knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud, and experience integrating with them
Demonstrated success building and managing integrations within an enterprise technology environment
Proficiency with relevant technologies, such as Java, Spring, and Kubernetes
Comfortable actively contributing to development while guiding teams on technical direction
Able to approach complex engineering challenges with creativity and sound decision-making
Strong communicator, able to convey technical concepts clearly and engage with stakeholders across levels and functions
Experience mentoring engineers and cultivating a supportive, growth-oriented team culture
