Program Supervisor - Crisis Screening
Oaks Integrated Care is seeking a Program Supervisor for their Crisis Screening Program in Camden County, NJ. The role involves overseeing the Crisis Screening Center, providing screening and stabilization services for individuals experiencing psychiatric emergencies, and managing a team to ensure effective intervention and support.

Responsibilities
Supervises Managers and oversees the CST /PST
Supervisions-individually/group on a monthly basis
Track productivity
Monitor open shifts that need coverage for the department
Assist the management team with getting coverage for open shifts
Daily huddles
Assist with monitoring the outreach-tracking list
Assist with obtaining screening documents and judge's orders getting to the court in a timely manner
Lead team meeting with management team
Supervisor-On-Call duties
Be a part of an Oaks committee
Member of the NJ CIT committee
Responsible for Safety Zone reports and reviews
Conduct screening assessment on the unit and outreaches (community and hospital based)
Responsible for covering manager's shifts and duties when needed
Other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field
Five (5) years experience working within the mental health system
Two (2) years supervisory experience
Knowledge and experience working with mentally ill individuals who are at high risk for psychiatric hospitalization
Knowledge of case management services
Knowledge of the mental health field in NJ and commitment to the principles of wellness & recovery
Current NJ screener certification
All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing
Pre-employment drug screening
