The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing companionship, and collaborating with care team members to support individualized care plans.

Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Offer reminders for medications and help with simple routines
Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Collaborate with care team members to support individualized care plans
Qualification
Required
No license required—training is provided
Compassionate, patient, and team-focused attitude
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A heart for seniors and a passion for helping others
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior caregiving or customer service experience helpful but not required
