Provide legal analysis and strategic support on complex property claims
Conduct research and draft legal documents, opinions, and strategy memoranda
Collaborate with adjusters, estimators, and outside counsel to strengthen case outcomes
Ensure policyholders’ rights are fully supported throughout the claims process
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed attorney in New York (multi-state admission highly valued; additional jurisdictions a plus)
4+ years of experience in insurance coverage law or property damage litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and policy interpretation skills
Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
